Current mental disorderliness...

I can say that I have a good job at a MNC company but I opt to apply for the VSS (Voluntary Separation Scheme) though the compensation is not that great. Because of the low compensation rate, it didn't interest many people in my department to apply and so my application was easily approved. When I got this news, I was really happy! Even my friend said, "you're the happiest person I know to get 'retrenched'! ". Haha, indeed I was...

Unexpectedly, almost all my colleagues were surprised that I applied for VSS when they got to know about this. Instantly, they came to me expressing their astonishment and kept asking why? Not only my peers but managers as well. I felt a bit guilty for leaving the company now but for my ever-lasting relationship, I am willing to sacrifice. Love is a powerful thing. Once you found it, you can never find it again or anywhere else. I know if I have stayed in Malaysia, I could go further, if not in my current company, I would have strived for a better MNC or at least a career move that could take me to greater heights. Anyway, I am glad to know that I'm being appreciated in this company. I'm actually quite proud of myself for this achievement as I've been told to keep up the good work. It kinda motivated me to stay on for awhile to go further. I know I will miss my colleagues very much as they are a fun bunch to be with. I can say that we are the loudest on the floor with all the laughters that made us seemed like we have no work but fun all the time!
